Can I return an order?
- Of course, you have 45 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us, no questions asked. Please contact us to inform us of your intentions and we will send you the shipping address for our warehouse.
- To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- This includes but is not limited to: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or applicable items returned more than 45 days after purchase.
- Our policy lasts 45 days after purchase. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When should I send the product back?
- You should send it back within 30 days of your return claim.
- Please put the product with all of its accessories into its original package and contact us to receive the shipping address for our returns department.
How and when will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval and your money will be payed back within 14 days in the same way you made the purchase.
- Fourteen days is ample time for your refund to arrive. But, If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you are shipping any items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Can I request an exchange?
- If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, send us an email at email@example.com containing your proposed exchange. We usually only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
What is the policy for returning gifts or promotional goods?
- If the item was marked as a gift or special promotion when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How do I cancel an order?
- If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions within 24 hours of purchasing. If the order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel the order. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.

What if I received the wrong item In my order?
- This is extremely unlikely to happen! But, if it does, please email us at Undieship@gmail.com for our support crew and resolution team!
- Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.
- Once Customer Service confirms an item is incorrect, we will provide information on sending it back to us.
- Once we receive the incorrect item, we will begin processing the correct item for you.
Who pays for the shipping?
- The Buyer will be responsible for paying for retuned shipping costs for any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my item is damaged?
- We hope this never happens. But, if it does, please contact us by lettings us know the order number and any atatched details you received.
- Our Resolution Team will respond to you within 24 hours.
- If possible, please provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it and send email to us about the case for a reship.
What if the item isn't available to ship my country?
- Some products my not be available to ship to your country. If this is to occur you will be refunded accordingly.
